Document Description
Consider a request from Kellie Stremme representing Public Safety Towers Company, on behalf of the property owner Placer County Water Agency, for approval of a Minor Use Permit to allow for construction of a wireless telecommunication facility. This will include a 65-foot-tall monobroadleaf design tower with 12 antennas and a 30kw diesel generator. This is all located within a 1,200 square-foot lease area that will be screened with a 6-foot-tall slatted chain link fence. The facility will provide enhanced telecommunication services for emergency responders via FirstNet. The proposed project site comprises approximately 15.5 acres, is currently zoned F 4.6 AC. MIN. (Farm 4.6 acre minimum).
