Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-55457-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mark Degnan. The project is limited to the installation of railing on an existing 4-feet by 38-feet pier, a roof over an existing 15-feet by 12-feet pier sitting area, replacement of an existing steel 3-feet by 24-feet gangway with new aluminum gangway, and building and installation of a new 25-feet by 30-feet boatlift with roof. The boatlift will require the installation of six 10-inch steel pilings using a drop hammer. Access to the site/staging area will occur at 9080 Soda Bay Rd. Kelseyville, CA 95451.
