Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-51776-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Charles Watson. The project is limited to the installation of a temporary water diversion in an unnamed tributary to Rush Creek. The temporary water diversion will support mineral exploration activities in eight defined sample target sites located on a hill slope away from the active bed, bank and channel of Rush Creek and its unnamed tributary. The anticipated water usage is approximately 2,000 gallons per day. As the pond fills, water will be recycled from the pond back through the processing plant. The diversion will occur over a 20-day period from September-November.
