Document Description
To abandon Chevron Oil Well KCL-10 606. The proposed work involves mobilizing a rig to remove tubing with isolation cups from the well, cleaning out the well to bottom, mobilizing bulk cement and pump trucks to fill the well with cement from bottom to surface, and excavating and cutting the casing 5 feet below surface, tack welding an identification plate on top of the casing stub, and then backfilling the excavation to restore the location to its original state.
