After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15312 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the sale of surplus government property that tis not located in an area of "Statewide, Regional, or Area wide significance" identified in Section 15206(b)(4) of the State CEQA Guidelines. None of the exceptions to the categorical exemptions are applicable to the project.
