Document Description
The project is a Site Development Plan (SDP) Amendment and Coastal Development Plan (CDP) Amendment to update the pushcart and kiosk program at the Simon Carlsbad Premium Outlets. There will be a total of seventeen (17) pushcarts and five (5) kiosks as part of the new pushcart/kiosk program. Under the program sixteen (16) new 5 feet by 8 feet pushcarts will be introduced. In addition to the new carts, the program proposes to retroactively permit one (1) existing cart and four (4) existing kiosks.
