Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-ALA-54816-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to CEMEX Construction Materials Pacific, LLC. The project is limited to bank stabilization, revetment installation and revegetation on a portion of the 600-foot long berm that separates the active channel of Arroyo del Valle from the artificial quarry pond designated as Pond Y. Approximately 390 cubic yards (yd3) of Light Class riprap, two feet thick, will be installed at the toe of the slope and buried in the creek channel in a key trench, along approximately 237 linear feet (0.11 acre/) of the channel side of the berm at a 2.5:1 slope.
