Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes plumbing, painting, and HVAC repairs at the Coalinga Maintenance Station office building. The Coalinga Maintenance Station is in Fresno County along SR 33 at Post Mile 18.55. The office building wall air conditioner (AC) unit needs replacing and a hole in the wall from a previously removed AC unit needs to be properly finished. The office men and women's restrooms need all toilets, sinks and urinals replaced and replumbed, along with the sink and water fountain in the shop area. The interior walls and ceilings will also need to be repainted. This project proposes to contract out to fix these issues. The project will be funded from the Minor B Program (20.80.521.000) for fiscal year 24/2025 delivery. All work for this project will be performed within existing right of way.
