Document Description
The Alameda County Public Works Agency is proposing a sidewalk improvement project on Proctor Road from Redwood Road to Camino Alta Mira in Castro Valley. The project would construct approximately 3,576 ft. of concrete sidewalk, curb ramps for improvement of pedestrian and bicycle safety. Project includes sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter construction and replacement of driveways, replacement of retaining walls, crack sealing/slurry sealing roadway pavement, signing and striping, removal of 14 landscape trees, utility relocations, and re-planting of landscaping and sidewalk trees. There will be no right of way acquisition. Traffic control measures and BMPs will be included in the project to protect the environment.
