The Project consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. The Project consists of minor alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry or agricultural purposes. The Project does not apply to grading in a waterway, in any wetland, in an officially designated scenic area, in officially mapped areas of severe geologic hazard, or within an official Seismic Hazard Zone. The Project consists of minor additions within the existing school grounds and the additions do not increase original student capacity by more than 25% or ten classrooms, whichever is less.
