Document Description
Planning and Economic Development Department Staff determined that the project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the City’s CEQA Guidelines. The project qualifies as a Class 1 exemption under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 – Small Structures. The project scope is to add an additional guard station. Staff finds that there is no substantial evidence that the project will have a significant effect on the environment. The Planning and Economic Development Director has reviewed staff's determination of exemption, and based on their own independent judgment, concurs with staff's determination of exemption.
