Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes to replace, patch, and paint the damaged exterior walls and to clean the roof gutters and down spouts of the office and shop building at the Visalia Maintenance Station. The Visalia Maintenance Station is in Tulare County along SR 198 at Post Mile 13.4. The office and shop building has experienced significant wall and roof deterioration. There is also leaking from the roof gutters and downspouts, which has caused the exterior to peel on the north and west sides. The exterior walls have also been damaged by birds nesting, with holes all over the west, south and east sides. This project proposes to contract out to fix these issues. The project will be funded from the Minor B Program (20.80.521.000) for fiscal year 24/2025 delivery. All work for this project will be performed within existing right of way.
