Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-50815-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Senhan Liang. The Agreement relies on the Notification, a CDFW site visit on August 6, 2024, and correspondence with the Permittee and Permittee’s Designated Representative. The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment. One encroachment is for installation of a bypass structure on an onstream pond from unnamed tributaries to Scott Creek. Work will include construction of an armored weir across the northern tributary to the pond to allow water diversion of <10% and concurrent bypass of the remaining 90% of flows around the pond through an approximately 620-foot 30-inch diameter bypass pipe that discharges into a stream near the toe of the existing pond embankment that flows to Scott Creek.
