Aside from projects which have been or will be subject to CEQA review, the Agency's Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Capital Improvements consist of pipeline, service, and equipment replacements; water main oversizing; meter and equipment purchases; Operations Center building improvements and upgrades; construction of a high-turbidity bypass pipeline within the existing Snow Creek Village Surface Water Treatment Facility; installation of a static mixer in an existing reservoir; miscellaneous field and office equipment purchases; transportation and maintenance equipment purchases; and activities which will assist the Agency in operating and maintaining safe and reliable water and recycled water systems for the benefit of the public.
