Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes to replace the damaged interior walls, ceiling, and flooring of the office and shop building at the Visalia Maintenance Station. The Visalia Maintenance Station is in Tulare County along SR 198 at Post Mile 13.4. The office and shop building has experienced significant water damage to interior walls. The walls and ceiling have become stained and are starting to split, with minor flooring repairs. There are signs of mold in some area. This project proposes to contract out to fix these issues. The project will be funded from the Minor B Program (20.80.521.000) for fiscal year 24/2025 delivery. All work for this project will be performed within existing right of way.
