Reasons for Exemption
Significant environmental impacts resulting from construction and operation of the Project are not anticipated. The project is eligible for a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under CEQA as a “…minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use to existing facilities.”
