Document Description
The applicant proposes a three-story, 18-unit condominium development using a 50 percent state density bonus, with 15 percent of the units (a total of 2 units) designated for very-low-income households. Unit sizes range from a 474-square-foot studio to a 1,722-square-foot three-bedroom unit, all centered around a landscaped courtyard with communal space. Parking will be in a subterranean garage accessed via Temple City Boulevard. While the project complies with the General Plan and R-3 zoning, the applicant is seeking concessions and a waiver from certain development standards under the state density bonus regulations.
