Document Description
DWR staff will repair a large erosion along the slope of the landfill at the DFD headquarters. The erosion poses a risk of exposing hazardous debris from the landfill. Loose, eroding soil will be removed from the slope with a skid steer, backfilled, then fill material compacted to stabilize the bank. Grassy vegetation and sloughing soil in this area will be removed using an excavator. All equipment and work will be within the DWR right-of-way.

This project is exempt because it involves routine maintenance activities to prevent further erosion damage to SWP facilities.
