Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to install full trash capture devices at 62 locations on US-101, SR-85, and I-280 and I-880 in Marin, Sonoma, and Santa Clara counties, thereby keeping trash out of local waterways. Also, this will comply with Cease and Desist Order No. R2-2019-0007 (amended R2-2021-0030), adopted by the S.F. Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board.
