Document Description
The archway entrance structure, located on Spring Valley Pkwy and Bear Valley Outer Hwy North, is in need of entry and gateway monument renovations. The archway encroaches onto properties on the east and west side. The west side of the structure’s roof is overhanging over private property owned by Michael Wels Realty and the east side of the structure is overhanging over property owned by Victor Valley College. The Real Estate Services Division (RESD) is requesting maintenance easements to perfect the rights and complete proposed renovation work. Renovations involve removing the current entrance attendant structure and replacing with stonework, repairing the pavement, adding steel entry signs and accents to the entry monument.
