Notice of Exemption - The vacant and unoccupied former Mental Health Court was severely damaged by two fires occurring in September and October 2024, collapsing the roof and steel structure. Remaining components of the building will be demolished and the site will be returned to rough grade with fencing and secure access. The debris contains hazardous materials and will be handled and disposed of in accordance with hazardous materials and hazardous waste regulations.
