The proposed project includes a Major Development Review (PLN20-20054) to construct a new wireless communications facility disguised as an 80-foot-tall stadium light pole at Harada Heritage Park. The proposed project also includes a Variance (PLN20-20075) request to Section 120.04.140 of the Eastvale Zoning Code to allow the construction of a new 80-foot-tall disguised wireless communications facility where a maximum of 50 feet in height is allowed by the Code for new disguised wireless communications facilities in residential zones.
