Document Description
In 2013, the City adopted the Old Town La Verne Specific Plan (OTLVSP) which provided for various residential densities throughout the specific plan area. Various other plans and actions adopted by the City are in part dependent on the housing projections of the OTLVSP. In order to accomplish the vision of the OTLVSP and these other plans, it is necessary to establish a minimum density requirement on portions of the OTLVSP. The Urgency Ordinance proposes establishing a minimum density of 38 units per acre on the Mixed-Use 1 and Mixed-Use 2 Districts.
