Document Description
Commercial Cannabis Use Permit (CCUP) for the construction and operation of a cannabis cultivation facility on 20.24 acres. The project would consist of approximately 15,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light cannabis cultivation. The cannabis cultivation facility would be constructed in two phases: Phase I would include 10,000 sf of mixed-light cannabis cultivation while Phase II would include the cultivation of an additional 5,000 sf of mature mixed-light cannabis. A 2,880-sf support building would be constructed for storage and to support processing, distribution, and manufacturing, and a 10,000-gallon water storage tank would be installed.
