Document Description
A proposal to establish incidental fuel pumps to the existing convenience store and a 7,500 sq. ft. commercial building in two phases. Phase 1 will include four fuel islands (8 pumps total) and a 2,400 sq.ft. fuel canopy, incidental to an existing 3,200 sq.ft. convenience store. Phase 2 will include a new 7,500 sq.ft. commercial building for a tattoo shop, laundromat, party supply rental store, building material sales store (excluding bulk storage of sand, gravel or cement) and sign shop. Phase 2 will also include a new 8’X35’ illuminated, and double-faced, multi-business pylon sign subject to signage/lighting regulatory requirements listed in Exhibit “A.” The project is located at 11635 S. 10th Avenue, Hanford, Assessor’s Parcel Number 016-171-102.
