Document Description
The project scope of work includes repairs to the existing drainage. The aggregate needs to be removed, cleaned, and replaced to restore the ramp to full function. This District level Director's Order intends to make repairs to the drain line and oil separator at the Grapevine Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (GCYEF), as well as perform repairs to the northbound outside shoulder, located on the Grapevine emergency truck escape ramp. This emergency contract is needed to avoid the failure or threat of failure to the transportation system and to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property, or essential public services as well as to the best interest to the state.
