The Port of Long Beach (Port) Chief Executive Officer executed Area Assignment AA-24-12 with Ultramar Inc. to utilize approximately 114,480 square feet (SF) of unpaved land on Port-owned property located outside of the Long Beach Harbor District on Pier A for the parking of personal vehicles and trucks. The dirt lot will be used as-is; there are no proposed changes to the premises. Area Assignment AA-24-12 will become effective on the date of execution by the Chief Executive Officer of
the Port of Long Beach, and shall expire no later than four (4) months from the Effective Date.
