Document Description
The project requires Design Review for potential impacts to historical resources associated with architecture and historical significance in the historic overlay zone. The remodel required a Historic Resource Evaluation, which was peer reviewed and confirmed to be a contributing resource to Sonoma’s Samuele Sebastiani Residential Historic District. A Secretary of Interior Standards (SOIS) analysis was completed for the proposed work and was found to be consistent with the standards for rehabilitation. The proposed work will have no significant impact. The exterior work will be consistent with the architectural style of the original design.
