Document Description
Caltrans will repair a failed 18” culvert caused by a rain event on 1/22/2024 in Oceanside on southbound I-5 about 0.2 miles south of Oceanside Boulevard. The work includes providing traffic control, removing debris, backfilling eroded areas, replacing a 24" corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert, removing and installing Type A and Type F dikes, and pouring a concrete ditch. All work will occur within Caltrans right-of-way.
