The proposed Blythe Crown Logistics Center is a 100-door logistics facility with supporting office and tractor and trailer parking, and a repair shop with two fuel lanes for on-site vehicle fueling. Site operations would be consistent with the City’s General Plan and zoning land use designation of “Service-Industrial.
