Document Description
The San Bernardino County Fire District plans to accept the donation of the Project site parcel of land from the current owner and construct a new Fire and Sheriff Station. Development of the Project site would occur on approximately 2.6 of the total 5 acres. The proposed Fire and Sheriff Station would include a total of approximately 15,224 square feet (SF) of new building are; of which approximately 5,985 SF will serve as the living quarters for on-duty Fire Fighters and approximately 9,239 SF will be provided for the Sheriff's station, office uses, garage and equipment bays, and working areas.
