Document Description
The San Bernardino County Fire District plans to accept the donation of the Project site parcel of land from the current owner and construct a new Fire and Sheriff Station. Development of the Project site would occur on approximately 2.5 of the total five acres. The proposed Fire and Sheriff Station would include a total of approximately 15,700 square feet (SF) of new building area; of which approximately 6,552 SF will serve as the living quarters for on-duty Fire Fighters and approximately 5,628 SF will be provided for garage, equipment bays, and working areas. The Sheriff’s station will include offices and other usable space of approximately 2,976 square feet (SF).
