Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funds only, proposes a HM 1 project on State Route 139 in Modoc County at PM 28.0/34.0. This project will perform an Asphalt Rubber (AR) Chip Seal with isolated digouts. All paved pullouts, road connections, and driveways will be treated with fog seal. This project is needed as the majority of the pavement within the project limits exhibits various forms and levels of distress.
