The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-IMP-40628-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, County of Imperial.
The proposed project involves the demolition of the two boat launch shade structures and existing abutment. The installation of two new shade structures and abutment to fit a new boarding float that will be supported by three guide piles that will be embedded into the lakebed. The parking lot will be re-paved and new accessible restrooms and ramps will be installed. The lake water level will be lowered and a turbidity curtain will be temporarily installed for the construction activities.
