The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-55659-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Walton’s Grizzly Lodge Inc. The project consists of the use of a long reach excavator, front end loader, and dump truck to remove approximately 1,500 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from the outflow stilling pond and downstream reach associated with the instream dam (Grizzly Dam Number 285) on Grizzly Ice Pond.
