Document Description
The Project includes the demolition and removal of all existing uses from the Project Site and the development of the site with a 333,500-square-foot mixed-use building. The building would be 13 stories over one level of subterranean parking, reaching a maximum height of 150 feet, and would reflect a contemporary architectural style. The building would include 11 residential condominium units on levels 9-12; 118 “serviced apartment” extended stay hotel rooms located on levels 7-12; 175 hotel rooms on levels 3-6; and approximately 54,700 square feet of event/entertainment space, hotel lobby/lounge, and hotel-associated bar and restaurant on levels 1-2.
