The project involves construction on a slope averaging 26% natural grade within the disturbed area. Grading estimates include 1177 cubic yards of cut and 163 cubic yards of fill. The proposed building area currently contains native oak trees surrounded by chaparral bush. Seven native trees are proposed to be removed for development.
