Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-53428-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Teresa Sischo. The Project is limited to four (4) encroachments. Two encroachments are for water diversion. POD-1 is a horizontal well used for cannabis irrigation and POD-2 is a spring for domestic use. Work for the water diversions will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The third encroachment is to upgrade an existing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The fourth encroachment is for maintenance of an onstream pond, including rock armoring of the spillway to minimize erosion.
