Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a 131-foot-tall Vertical Test Stand and ancillary structures at an existing aerospace manufacturing facility (Relativity Space) located in the Globemaster Corridor Specific
Plan, Business Park District (SP-3-BP). The Vertical Test Stand will allow static testing of aerospace vehicles and systems with no engine test-firing. The proposed structure and land use are consistent with the zoning (SP-3-BP) and and is being approved ministerially with no discretionary approval required.
Fees for the project building permits were paid on 8/20/24 and that date is considered the date of approval.
This second Notice of Exemption is for a deferred building permit submittal that was approved on 11/6/2024.
