The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-47978-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to California Department of Parks and Recreation (State Parks), as represented by Joel Bonilla. The purpose of the Project is to upgrade improve a rural road and existing infrastructure. The Butano State Park Bridge and Retaining Wall Replacement Project consists of a bridge and retaining wall replacement on the 2.91-acre project site. The Project will include road improvements to the water treatment plant road, removal of the existing bridge and retaining wall structures, and installation of a new bridge, retaining wall, and culvert
