Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SCL-50601-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to San Jose Water Company, as represented by Jared Lewis. The project will restore vehicle access to a municipal water tank by repairing storm-damage to a culvert outflow structure and by installing a new retaining wall around the culvert to abate erosion downslope and adjacent to Webb Canyon Drive.
