Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-LAN-41371-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to TriPointe Homes as represented by Keith Frankel. The project is to conduct maintenance and ensure the five debris basins remain functional by removing vegetation, sediment, and debris build up from storm events. Project activities include vegetation maintenance, debris and sediment maintenance, and structure maintenance. The initial project will impact a maximum of 3.2 acres as a result of the continual removal of vegetation, debris, and sediment.
