Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to John B. DeWitt Redwoods State Natural Reserve to allow for vegetation management along the existing Garberville 1102_ 12kV distribution lines crossing through the State Parks managed lands. In total, two (2) trees will be trimmed, and one (1) tree, approx. 17-in. DBH and 65-ft. tall will be removed.
No ground disturbance in the form of excavation is associated with this work and all work in scheduled to occur during the non-breeding season for special status wildlife species.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
