Document Description
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct up to 14 MWac capacity single-axis tracker ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) community solar and battery energy storage system (BESS). The Project would consist of the following components: solar modules, BESS, underground electrical conductors, Balance of System Equipment, access roads, and fencing. The Project would be interconnected to an existing electrical distribution system owned by Southern California Edison (SCE) located adjacent to the southern Project Site boundary. The Project would operate year-round. The Project would be unmanned, and no employees would report to the Project Site daily.
