Document Description
The project proposes to remove and replace two damaged 18-inch culverts on I-80 in the City of Vacaville at the on- and off-ramps near the Rivera Road overcrossing. The culverts at this location are part of a drainage system consisting of earthen ditch and concrete lined ditch carrying roadside runoff. Some vegetation removal and clearing and grubbing activities will be required. The project will remain within Caltrans right of way either on or adjacent to the paved roadway. Trenching activities will be required. Project construction will begin in mid-August. Equipment will be staged within Caltrans right of way in areas of vegetation.
