Air quality, GHG, and VMT analyses were conducted to determine if the award of post-collection contracts as proposed would result in impacts that exceed significance thresholds or conflict with plans. The analyses indicated this would not be the case, and it could be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the project could have a significant effect on the environment.
