The facility operates under a Registration Permit pursuant to Title 14 Section 18104 and section 17383.5 which requires the facility to undergo a review every five years. Based on the review and receipt of a certification by the operator, the facility continues to operate consistent with existing permit and associated documents therefore the action is the reissuance of the Registration Permit. No changes to the existing operation are proposed, which includes the controlled separation, recovery, and recycling by manual and mechanical sorting of accepted CDI debris. Separated recyclables are segregated and stored in bins or roll-offs until ready for shipping to markets. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.
