Document Description
West Star Construction Company, Inc. has proposed annexing four parcels approximately 42.52 acres north of the current city limits. Three of these parcels have been proposed for a tentative subdivision map, splitting the site into 97 single-family lots over 33.27 acres, along with a 43,477 sqft park and a 58,411 sqft basin. The site would be developed as a Planned Unit Development and prezoned for Low Density Residential (R-1-7 zone district) in accordance with its General Plan land use designation. The Planning Commission has approved both the Planned Unit Development and the Tentative Subdivision Map, and recommended the annexation and prezoning be approved.
