Document Description
The purpose of this project is to provide much needed maintenance and flattening of the existing parking lot at the Delta Meadows Property, to remove puddle areas before the winter rains and ensure a level parking surface brought back up to grade with the existing utilities box. Using heavy equipment, State Parks staff will: Grade no more than 13,400 square feet of existing gravel/dirt parking area, cutting down high spots and filling in low spots; Remove small organics like fallen tree limbs, leaves, and grass; and Lay ¾-inch aggregate base up to 3-inches thick except where the sewer and water access lies, which will be graded at height and at a light slope to the river.
