The Project extends along the Randolph Corridor beginning at the eastern terminus (33.975316, -118.126855) in the City of Commerce and extending west along the corridor through the Stakeholder’s westerly corridor terminus in Los Angeles County (33.989311, -118.243505); a distance of 6.83 miles. The Project extends across City of Commerce, City of Huntington Park, City of Bell, and an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County. The Project implements active transportation improvements within the Randolph Corridor and provides improved connectivity to the Los Angeles River and the transit network (including the Slauson A-Line Station), and will improve regional access for people biking, walking, or rolling. Streetlight improvements are also proposed. The Project will fill gaps between existing and planned high-quality bicycling and walking facilities including the Rail to River Active Transportation Corridor Project and the LA River path.
